Dar Al Shifa App is offered to you by Dar al Shifa Hospital . Your use of Dar Al Shifa App is governed by these terms of use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not establish or use a Dar Al Shifa account. By using or accessing Dar Al Shifa App you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Creating and Accessing Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to establish a Dar Al Shifa account.

You may not permit any other person to access your Dar Al Shifa account using your username and password. The security of your password and the use of your account is your responsibility. If you learn or suspect that your username or password has been wrongfully used or disclosed, you should promptly notify us and immediately reset your password. To help ensure the security of your password or account, please sign out of your account at the end of each session.

Establishing a Dar Al Shifa account allows to use or participate in certain services offered by us. 

Your Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring all personal information in your Dar Al Shifa account is current, accurate, and complete. You may create a record for (i) an adult who consents to you managing their health, (ii) an adult for whom you are a legal guardian, or (iii) a Minor (your minor child or a child for whom you are a legal guardian), to the extent allowed by applicable law.

You agree not to post or transmit any information through Dar Al Shifa App that infringes the rights of others or violates their privacy or publicity rights, in particular (without limitation) you must not post or transmit material which is of a bullying, harassing or discriminatory nature. We may, but are under no obligation to, edit, refuse to post, or remove any information or materials from your account, in whole or in part. We may delete your account and/or any infringing information if you breach these Terms.

You have complete control over who can access your Dar Al Shifa record. Access or privileges you give to someone, and connections you make, can be modified or removed by you at any time, for any reason. It's your health record.

Disclosure of Information

We may provide information about you to respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. Additionally, we may share information about you when we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent or take legal action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of these Terms, or as otherwise required by law.
