Scope of Clinical Practice:

• Diagnosis and treatment of abdominal pain, bloating, dyspepsia, constipation, diarrhea, and heartburn.
• Diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and swallowing disorders.
• Diagnosis and treatment of peptic ulcer disease and helicobacter infection.
• Diagnosis and treatment of irritable bowel syndrome
• Work up, diagnosis, treatment and follow up of inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, and crohn's disease.
• Diagnosis and treatment of gall bladder, biliary and pancreatic disease including acute and chronic Pancreatitis.
• Diagnosis and management of liver disease including hepatitis B and C, autoimmune liver disease and fatty liver. 

Performing the following Procedures:

• Upper endoscopy including biopsies, control of bleeding, variceal band ligation, dilation of strictures and stenting.
• Colonoscopy with polypectomy, biopsy, dilation and stenting.
• ERCP with pancreatic and biliary interventions including stone removal from the bile duct and the pancreas, stricture dilation and stent placement and lithotripsy.
• Endoscopic ultrasound with evaluation, staging and sampling of esophageal, gastric and rectal, pancreatic malignancies, and mediastinal masses and lymph nodes.   
• Endoscopic ultrasound including fine needle aspiration biopsy, cyst drainage, and celiac plexus neurolysis.
• Ascitic fluid drainage - diagnostic and therapeutic paracentesis. 
• Capsule endoscopy to investigate small bowel disease and G1 bleeding.
• Placement of feeding tubes and replacement of existing feeding tubes.
• Colon hydrotherapy - washing the large intestine for severely constipated patients and endoscopic colon decompression.
• Removal of foreign bodies from digestive tract.
